DistroKid Membership Canceled, but No Refund Received

I canceled my DistroKid membership five days ago, yet I have not received any refund or confirmation email regarding my cancellation. I am still waiting, but at this point, I doubt they will process it.
The biggest issue is that DistroKid offers no real customer support—there is no direct email or phone number to reach a representative. Instead, I am stuck trying to resolve my issue with an automated chatbot, which is completely useless.
DistroKid, I demand an immediate refund and proper communication regarding my cancellation! If I do not receive my money soon, I will take further action. This is unacceptable treatment for paying customers!
