Disney Plus Still Charging Me Despite Confirmed Account Cancellation
Even though I canceled my Disney Plus subscription on March 23, 2025, I was still charged ₺164.90 on September 28, 2025, through my credit card. The transaction appears on my credit card statement as “Disney Plus London GB.” I also have a confirmation email proving that I canceled my subscription.
I have not created any new account or subscribed again under a different profile. I request a full refund of the ₺164.90 that was charged and expect assurance that this issue will not happen again in the future.
