Samsung Sent Wrong Item, Delay in Correct Order

I placed two orders with Samsung online, and one of them arrived incorrectly. I promptly contacted Samsung, who informed DHL and Hepsiburada. I provided all necessary details to both Samsung and the courier, assisting them in good faith to resolve the mix-up, even though I could have benefited financially by keeping the incorrect items. Eventually, they retrieved the wrong products, but when I asked when I’d receive my correct order, DHL simply stated, “It will be returned to you.” When I pointed out that if they hadn’t delivered my actual items, I wouldn’t have returned the incorrect ones, their response was dismissive, suggesting, “You could have done that.”
After they collected the incorrect items, the numbers from which DHL had contacted me stopped responding to calls and messages. I reached out to Samsung again, and they assured me they’d handle it. Three weeks later, not only have I still not received my order, but now they’re offering a refund instead, despite my insistence that I want the correct items. Samsung, DHL, and Hepsiburada need to resolve this issue promptly. It’s unacceptable to face this delay and disregard. My frustration with all three companies is immense, and I demand they fix this situation.
