DHL Courier Did Not Come To Pick Up The Shipment

Recently, I had trouble with a courier order I made. DHL canceled it without giving me an apartment number, which was unexpected. The courier never showed up for the pickup, even though they called and I gave them my apartment number. I checked the records and made sure my address was correct; the courier's stated rationale was baseless. I am sorry, but I can't use the tracking number that Amazon provided to make a fresh courier request. Because of how DHL handled the case, I feel let down. I demand a resolution as soon as possible.
