My Sürat Kargo Delivery Was Returned Due to Missing Apartment Number!

Hello, my package arrived today, but Sürat Kargo returned it because the apartment number was missing. I can't understand how this can happen. I'm filing a complaint with CIMER, and I will take this issue as far as it needs to go. I called the delivery person, and they said they returned it due to the missing apartment number and will be sending it back. I've never seen a worse courier company.
