I Face Missed Delivery on My Shein Order Due to Wrong Address Despite Being Home
I placed an order on Shein with tracking number PALTR0001838165YQ, and although I was at home all day, I received a notification saying the order couldn’t be delivered. After checking the delivery details, I realized that the street number was entered incorrectly, which likely caused the issue.
This is incredibly frustrating because I didn’t make any mistake during the checkout process, and now my package is lost in the system. I’ve tried to find out which local branch or courier office currently holds my order, but Shein hasn’t provided any helpful update or contact information.
If you could just tell me which branch has my package, I would gladly go and pick it up myself. I’m asking for basic assistance and transparency here — not more delays or automated responses.
Please help me resolve this delivery issue quickly. I want to receive the items I paid for and expect Shein to provide accurate tracking support and better coordination with their shipping partners.
