DHL Courier Assaulted Me During Delivery and Tore My Shirt

On July 23, 2025, I experienced a serious problem during a delivery in Kagithane, Istanbul, as part of DHL's courier service. The courier insulted and swore at me, physically assaulted me, tore my shirt, and then threatened me by shouting at me on the street. Despite contacting DHL customer service after the incident, the branch manager and regional manager called me, but I received no information or clear answers from them. Due to this unacceptable behavior, I am requesting that appropriate action be taken against the relevant staff members regarding the shipment with tracking number 879576806779. I expect DHL to provide an urgent and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
