Deutz-Fahr Authorized Service Refused to Repair My Tractor
About a week ago, I contacted the Demirsoy authorized service in Safranbolu, Karabük, regarding a regulator adjustment for my 2021 Deutz-Fahr 4080 E tractor. I transported the tractor to the service center by tow truck, but an employee named M***** told me that he could not perform this procedure and asked me to take the tractor back. I paid approximately $43 just for the tow truck service for this process.
During this process, I called Mr. M***** several times, but he either did not answer the phone or failed to call me back afterward. When I was finally able to reach him, he behaved extremely dismissively and disrespectfully, telling me, “I am not obligated to answer your phone calls.” I perform contract work in forestry, and because I have been unable to use my tractor, approximately 25 cubic meters of timber cannot be cut each day. As a result, I have suffered an estimated financial loss of approximately $927–$1,030. I was forced to bring the tractor back home and am currently unable to perform my work.
To resolve the financial harm I have suffered, I demand compensation for all of my losses, including the tow truck expense, as well as a proper investigation into the conduct of the relevant employee and any necessary action. Otherwise, I would like to state that I am considering pursuing legal remedies regarding this matter.
