Deichmann Fila Bag Handles Broke, Refused Replacement
I purchased a Fila bag from the Deichmann store in Ataşehir Brandium, and shortly after, the hand strap broke off. I continued using it in this condition, but within a week, the shoulder strap stitching also tore apart.
I sent the product in for inspection, but the response I received was that it was a “user error” and that the bag would only be repaired free of charge. We do not accept this as a solution. A repair will not fix the underlying issue, and we are very likely to experience the same problem again.
We are demanding a replacement product, not a repair. Considering that we regularly shop from this brand, it is very disappointing to face such poor after-sales support. We expect Deichmann to resolve this issue fairly and restore customer trust.
