Zara Bag Deformed After Minimal Use, Store Refuses to Assist

I purchased a Zara bag on December 16, 2023, and have barely used it since I bought it for my trousseau. In total, I’ve only used it 4-5 times, yet it has already deformed in certain areas, as shown in the photos. The rest of the bag hasn’t even gotten dirty, but the deformed sections look worn out despite almost no usage. I want to return it, but the store refused to assist me with this issue. I’m incredibly disappointed, and I expect Zara to take responsibility for the poor quality of this product and process my return. Please address this immediately!
