Desigual Refund Not Issued- Irregularity Being Committed By Company

I placed an online order with Desigual under order number BOO7956829, which was delivered by Miles Express. On 4 November 2025, I returned five dresses, with a total value of €171.90, using the UPS return label provided by Desigual, sending the parcel from Malta via UPS. After weeks passed with no refund, I contacted Desigual several times by email and through the contact form on their website, but I kept receiving the same generic reply that they were "working on it". Because nothing was happening, I opened a PayPal case (reference PP-R-LPZ-603657638). Only then did Desigual confirm that UPS had acknowledged the package was lost and that the return label had actually been listed under someone else’s name. Desigual also opened its own case (reference 202511-01369279). They told me that they would process my refund, but that they could only do so if I closed the PayPal case. Trusting this, I closed the PayPal case as requested. However, after I complied, no refund was issued, despite Desigual having confirmation from UPS that the parcel was lost and that the problem resulted from the return label being wrongly assigned. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted them again, but I still only receive the same “we’re working on it” response, with no concrete solution and no refund. I consider this situation unacceptable. I returned the items correctly using the label provided by Desigual, and the loss of the parcel and incorrect labelling are not my responsibility. I am formally requesting the immediate refund of €171.90 for the five returned dresses, without further delay.
