Depop Purchase Still Missing After 6 Weeks, No Help From The Support
It's been a long time (like six weeks!) since I ordered something,and where is it??? I’ve done everything on my part to fix it, sent a message to the seller, reported it as missing, and even called the carrier many many times…nothing seems to be moving. the seller isn't responding, and the Depop support team keeps giving me the same answers, they have shown me greatly that when something like this occurs they have no power. Just because the purchase was made here, PayPal sent me back to Depop, which made things even worse. This back and forth all the time is a real pain in the neck! all I really want is for my money to be sent back to me. Also, to make sure that something like this doesn't happen again, check out how your resolution centre works. I'm really upset about this whole thing…don’t want to be delayed any more.
