Forever 21 Delayed My Refund Despite Confirming Return

It’s been 8 days since I returned my Forever 21 order (Order # ending in 630), yet I still haven’t received my refund, even though the stated processing time is 3-5 days. The returned item is in their possession, which they have confirmed, yet they continue to stall without providing my refund. I also have confirmation from Yurtiçi Kargo that the item was delivered, but no one has reached out to update me or complete the refund. This ongoing delay is incredibly frustrating, and I expect Forever 21 to promptly process my refund without further excuses. Please address this issue urgently and provide the refund I am owed.
