Dental Clinic Charged Me for an Implant but Gave Me a Faulty Crown Instead
I went to Dental Clinic for an implant, but my dentist convinced me otherwise, saying, "Your tooth is strong; let's save it instead of placing an implant." Instead, they performed a dental crown, yet I was charged the same price as an implant!
The real issue is that the crown keeps falling off repeatedly. I’ve had it re-attached multiple times, but it still doesn’t stay in place. While waiting for my appointment, I spoke to other patients, and they all had complaints. Some said the clinic constantly changes dentists, which explains the inconsistency. My dentist seemed newly graduated, and while they seemed like a good person, I’m not confident in their expertise.
Despite reporting this faulty procedure and explaining that it was the wrong treatment, the clinic has done nothing to correct it. Dental Clinic, I demand a proper solution or a refund! Has anyone else experienced this issue? How did you get it fixed?
