Blue Medical Plus Gave Me Faulty Zirconia Crowns and Refused Refund

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file an official complaint regarding the extremely poor standard of dental treatment I received at Blue Medical Plus clinic in Istanbul. During my treatment, I was fitted with zirconia crowns. However: 1. I expressed dissatisfaction with the shape and appearance of the temporary crowns; attempts by clinic staff to adjust them were insufficient. 2. Permanent crowns were placed on teeth that had not been adequately treated. One month after the treatment, two of these crowns—connected as a dental bridge—fell out. 3. Moreover, the crowns installed as a bridge have begun to crumble, and pieces are breaking off. This is unacceptable for such a costly treatment. I am deeply upset and angry that the result turned out to be of such poor quality. 4. A warranty document was issued only after I specifically requested it—not proactively by the clinic. 5. I have been experiencing severe pain in the area of the crowns for four weeks following the treatment, which significantly affects my daily life. 6. There is a strong possibility that most of these crowns were improperly fitted and may require complete reinstallation, entailing significant expense. After treatment concluded, clinic staff: • Recorded a video in which I was asked to say I was satisfied with the results (at the time, I did not anticipate complications and agreed under pressure); • Insisted that I give a “5-star” rating and write a positive review online. I initially declined, preferring to live with the crowns a while before commenting. As it turned out, I made the right decision—not to leave a positive review—because serious issues soon became apparent. When the complications arose, I contacted the clinic. Their response was to invite me back to Istanbul for free corrective treatment; however, travel from Poland is financially impossible for me. I requested reimbursement for the two fallen crowns so I could have them fixed by a local dentist in Poland. The clinic refused to refund me and instead demanded that I pay upfront for treatment in Poland, submit the receipt, and only then “possibly” receive a refund. I consider this approach unacceptable and unprofessional.
