Avangart Dental Clinic’s 5-Year Guaranteed Implants Are Breaking—No Support
No explanation from Avangart Dental Clinic can change the fact that my wife’s implants, placed in 2021, are crumbling like sand and breaking into pieces. At that time, all of her teeth were extracted, and she received 12 implants and a full set of new teeth, which came with a 5-year warranty.
Fast forward to 2024, and we returned to the clinic because the so-called "guaranteed" teeth were breaking apart. However, when we visited Avangart Dental Clinic, referred by their own dental technician, we were shocked to learn that the guarantee apparently no longer applied. They now expect us to pay again—this time half the cost of a car!
I find this completely unacceptable. As a head chef at a wedding hall, I would never allow clients to bring in outside food because I would still be held fully responsible for any food poisoning. Likewise, Avangart Dental Clinic should take full responsibility for their work instead of making excuses and refusing to honor their guarantee.
I demand a proper resolution! If these implants were guaranteed for 5 years, why are we being forced to pay again? Has anyone else had this experience? How did you handle it?
