Dental Clinic’s Poor Quality Work—Implant Fell Off in 4 Months

In February 2024, I took my aphasia and dementia patient spouse to Dental Clinic in 4. Levent to have an implant bridge reattached to the upper palate. We paid ₺3,000 for the procedure. However, by July 5, 2024, the implanted teeth became loose and detached again.

When we called Dr. [Name], the owner and dentist who performed the procedure, she refused to take responsibility. Instead, she blamed the original implant doctor and insisted the issue was not due to her adhesive. She even claimed that her adhesive was of top quality and a subject of doctoral studies. Despite this, the bonding failed in less than 4 months.

Now, instead of fixing the problem free of charge, she is demanding an additional ₺4,000 to redo the work! This clinic used cheap materials, provided low-quality service, and now wants more money to correct their own failure.
