Telegram Account Limited: Fix "Cannot Send Messages" Spamban Error

I use Telegram in the USA to chat with my friends and also to get to know new people. Since yesterday, Telegram has limited my account so that I cannot send messages properly. When I try to send a message, the app tells me that I cannot send a message, or the message appears as failed. This started right after I began chatting with new people, and since then I have not received any warning or explanation from Telegram inside the app about why this limitation was applied. This situation is seriously affecting how I communicate with my friends and use Telegram in my daily life. I kindly request that my account be checked, that this unfair limitation be removed, and that I be given a clear explanation about the reason for this restriction.
