Dentakay’s Poor Porcelain Crown Work—Pain, Visible Metal, and Failed Treatments
Two years ago, I went to Dentakay to replace six black fillings with white ones. The dentist, Dr. Selim, recommended root canals and porcelain crowns, assuring me they would look completely white. I agreed, expecting a natural and seamless result.
However, my teeth never felt the same after the procedure. The dentist over-filed my molar, leaving the metal base slightly exposed, which now shows as a black dot on my white porcelain crown. Additionally, my bite was completely off—my teeth were hitting each other too much, so they filed down my healthy upper molars to fix it.
The root canals on my right side weren’t sealed properly, leading to air pockets and constant pain. When I returned for a fix, I was told the dentist had left, and another doctor just filed my teeth again and sent me away.
To make matters worse, they also performed a root canal and filling on my canine tooth, but the filling fell out twice within a year. Despite paying on time for every visit, I have received nothing but poor results. Now, I am forced to pay another dentist to redo everything properly.
Dentakay, I demand accountability! Your treatments failed, and your lack of proper care has caused me pain and additional expenses. This is not the quality service I paid for!
