Dentafly Clinic’s Implants Failed—Ongoing Pain & No Accountability
The founder of Dentafly Oral and Dental Health Clinic in Antalya, Dr. S** A*****, previously operated under the name Cadde Dental Clinic in Karşıyaka, Izmir. On their website, there is no mention of a maxillofacial surgeon, yet he performed surgical implant procedures, placing a total of eight implants in my mouth.
For two years, I have suffered constant pain and complications. My teeth have repeatedly broken, and I have endured multiple removals and replacements. Additionally, the implant screws have loosened and fallen out multiple times, even causing me to accidentally swallow them while eating.
Despite my insufficient bone density, the doctor skipped the bone grafting process and instead placed four implants on the upper jaw and four on the lower, assuring me that they would be completely sufficient. However, after the final placement, my teeth were visibly too short, making chewing incredibly difficult.
I trusted this doctor because of his confident speech and reassuring explanations, believing that, as a professional, he would prioritize health over profit. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Now that he has moved to Antalya and rebranded as Dentafly, he is refusing to take responsibility for the ongoing issues I am experiencing. When I contacted him, he claimed he no longer had any obligations and that I would have to pay for corrections myself at another clinic.
To make matters worse, although I paid by credit card, I was never given an invoice or implant certification. For the past two to three years, I have repeatedly asked both Dr. S** A***** and his staff member F** Bey** for these documents, only to receive empty promises and excuses.
During my treatment, I visited the clinic almost monthly due to constant problems. In the early days, their waiting area was full, but within a year, it was nearly empty. The rare patients I saw were also complaining about issues with their procedures.
I am now preparing to file complaints with all relevant authorities and will be pursuing legal action against both Dentafly and Dr. S** A*****. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Has anyone else faced similar issues with this clinic? I would appreciate any advice on how to move forward.
