Yalla Chat Admin Abuse

I am a user of Yalla Chat and I would like to report serious and repeated abuse by some room admins. These admins constantly insult me and speak in a threatening way, even going as far as saying things like breaking house glass, which I find extremely disturbing and unsafe. This behaviour happens frequently, not just once, and they usually do it over voice chat in the room. Because they are admins, they are using their position to create a hostile and unsafe environment instead of managing the room properly. I am asking you to review their behaviour and the voice chat records of the room and to permanently ban the account with ID 18374069***, as I no longer feel safe or respected while they are present. I request that you take this situation seriously and take the necessary action as soon as possible so that I and other users can feel safe using Yalla Chat again.
