Delonghi BCO421 Coffee Machine Leaking

On December 31, 2024, I purchased a Delonghi BCO421 coffee machine directly from their website. Upon filling the espresso water reservoir, I noticed it was leaking even before attaching it to the machine.

When I contacted customer service, they told me the product must be sent to an authorized service center for inspection. I find it unacceptable that a defective product, only six days old, cannot be immediately replaced. I paid a significant amount for this machine, and now I’m expected to personally take it to a service center.

I urgently request support and a direct replacement for this faulty product. Customers should not have to go through such inconvenience for a brand-new item.
