Trendyol Sent Me a Defective Sinbo Electric Coffee Pot and Rejected My Return




The electric coffee pot I purchased from Trendyol on December 3, 2024, arrived defective, as it was leaking water. I returned it the same day, but they responded only after a month, saying my return was rejected and that I should take it to a service center. Why should I send a brand-new product that arrived faulty to a service center? They sent a defective item, and I demand a refund. Not only have they withheld my money, but the product is still with them. This has been an exhausting experience. I either want the defective product replaced or a full refund. They claim I "used too much water," which is absurd. I am highly dissatisfied with Trendyol and the Sinbo electric coffee pot and feel deceived.
