My Dell Vostro 5410 Laptop Stopped Charging, Void Warranty

My Dell Vostro 5410 has been repaired twice due to keyboard problems. However, after the repairs, various other issues occurred. The Dell technical team informed me both by phone and email that it is a user problem, and I need to have the device repaired at my own cost. They claim that the Ethernet port was damaged by the user.
When I called again today and pointed out that my computer is not charging at all, I was told that I need to have my device with the serial number: xxxxxx repaired at my own expense. However, there is currently a completely different problem: My device is not charging. I have tested the charger on other devices, and it works perfectly. Despite my explanations, it was asserted that it is a user problem without inspecting the device, without checking photos, videos, or video calls.
Even though my device is clearly defective, no attention has been given to it. This has severely impacted my entire workflow.
