Recover My Free Fire Max ID

On 20 July, I bought a Facebook Free Fire Max ID from a person I contacted by phone for an agreed price of 2000. I paid the 2000 via PhonePe to the phone number he provided. After the payment, I logged into the account and saw that the ID was already bound. When I told the seller about this, he said that I still needed to pay another 3000 and only then he would either fully give me the ID or recover it. Now he is saying that he will take back the ID and not return my money, even though we clearly agreed on 2000 at the beginning. I feel cheated in this situation. I request that either my Free Fire Max ID be fully recovered and given to me without any extra payment, or my 2000 payment be completely refunded to me.
