Dell Vostro 3500 Laptop Experiencing Audio Issues After 2 Years

My Dell Vostro 3500 laptop, after two years of use, has developed a system error affecting the audio. The sound icon displays an error, and it’s clear that this is a system-related issue, as the device hasn’t been damaged in any way. When I try to resolve the problem by restarting the laptop, the audio works temporarily but then fails again shortly after. I’ve been unable to reach Dell customer service despite multiple attempts, as I’m directed to non-functional contact numbers. I couldn’t even create a repair request because no one answers the calls. I expect Dell to address this issue promptly and resolve my problem. I need support to fix my laptop as soon as possible.
