Dell Vostro 3520 Failed During Warranty Period
I purchased a Dell Vostro 3520 laptop from D&R, and its statutory warranty period is set to expire on September 13, 2026. Before the warranty period expired, my computer developed a malfunction and now will not turn on at all.
Because of this issue, I repeatedly tried to contact Dell customer service through both their email addresses and telephone numbers. However, due to system congestion or technical issues, I was unable to reach a representative or create a service ticket. I also emailed D&R to report the problem, but I have not received a response yet. Although my warranty is still valid, I am concerned that I may lose my warranty rights because I have been unable to reach either customer service or the seller.
Therefore, I request that my fault report made during the warranty period be officially recorded and that I be contacted urgently regarding the free repair of my device under warranty or, if necessary, its replacement. I also request that I not be held responsible for any loss of rights resulting from my inability to reach customer service or the seller.
If this issue is not resolved, I would like to state that I may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant legal authorities, together with this complaint record as evidence that I reported the malfunction within the warranty period.
