Dell Inspiron 16 Plus 7620 Poor Customer Service Experience
Hello, On May 30, 2024, at 11:52 AM, I initiated a call via the number 0212 371 90 54, which lasted 26 minutes. Your customer support representative, Mr. M***, demonstrated disrespectful behavior, repeatedly interrupted my speech, and showed no intention of resolving my issue but instead directed me to the service. (This was my 4th call to Dell service for the same problem.) On May 14, 2024, during my conversation with Dell, a customer representative suggested a battery replacement. I shared this information and was told that if the audio issue persisted, they would arrange a service for both audio and battery. However, Mr. M*** denied this, claiming that there was no such offer and that he had checked. I have an email confirming the test results they conducted, yet he rudely dismissed it, stating, "Why do you keep repeating yourself? How many times do I have to say it? The service technician will check when they come. What don't you understand? I checked, there has been no such issue in the past, I can't change the battery just because I feel like it." When I suggested another test, he insisted there was no problem. When I mentioned that other technicians conducted different tests, he dismissed them, saying their tests were wrong and that their methods were different from theirs. Many of his actions and statements were inconsistent. He accused me, claimed I had a comprehension problem, interrupted and failed to listen to my statements. I am filing this complaint based on his behavior during the specified time and date. Dell is regrettable. The device, praised for its on-site service and performance when sold, is now at zero. Both the device and the service. Since April 17, every person I spoke to gave different information. Finally, Mr. M*** added insult to injury. Thank you, Dell.
