Deerma DEM-T30W Repair Service Fails to Respond After 7 Days

I purchased my Deerma DEM-T30W vacuum cleaner through Trendyol and used it without any problems for some time. However, one day when I turned on the device, it immediately started producing a burning-like smell from the motor, even before I had vacuumed any area. I immediately turned it off to prevent further damage.

On August 18, 2026, I shipped the product to Tmark Grup Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, which was listed as the authorized service center. Even after seven days, I have not received any confirmation that the product was delivered, nor have I received any update regarding the repair process. Despite calling by phone and sending messages, I have received no response whatsoever, and I am currently left in a completely unresolved situation.

I request to be informed about the whereabouts of my product, the cause of the malfunction, and when the issue will be resolved. If necessary, I expect the product to be properly repaired and returned to me, or, if deemed appropriate, I expect a clear solution such as a replacement or a full refund.
