Deepl Pro Advance Subscription Canceled but Refund Not Issued After Payment Was Charged
On December 11, 2024, I canceled my Deepl Pro Advance subscription (ID: 119A8PDUWfHRSq1li6) on the same day I subscribed because the full payment was charged without my consent, and the total price was unreasonably high. Despite submitting my cancellation request immediately, my refund has not been processed as of December 12, 2024. This delay in issuing the refund is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary frustration. I expect Deepl to process my refund promptly and ensure better transparency in their payment and subscription policies. If this matter is not resolved soon, I will escalate my complaint to higher authorities. Deepl must take responsibility and improve its customer service.
