DeepL Ignoring Refund Request for Accidental Subscription Charge

On November 5, 2025 at 07:21 UTC, I accidentally purchased a DeepL Annual Pro subscription, and $345 was charged to my credit card. The invoice number shown on the receipt is dı-20251105-3634.

After realizing the mistake, I contacted DeepL on the same day—November 5—both via email and through the in-app support form, requesting the cancellation of the subscription and a full refund. However, 16 days have passed, and I have not received any response or update from DeepL. Not even a basic acknowledgment.

I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my DeepL Pro subscription and a full refund of the $345 charged to my card. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
