Decathlon's customer service has completely let me down. Despite the fact that I purchased the products on July 25th, they are making me wait until the 28th for delivery because it is the weekend. Why, in this day and age of speed and efficiency, can't they ship the items the next day with no explanation? When I called customer service as suggested, I had to wait 1.5 hours before calling myself. The representative I spoke with was incredibly rude as if irritated by my call. Not to mention that I had to pay 35 TL for shipping, and the delivery will still take a week! This is unacceptable for a major retailer with a national footprint and online sales. Even small online retailers can offer same-day or next-day delivery. Decathlon, you need to up your game and provide better customer service!
