Decathlon's Inept Customer Service Fails to Deliver

Decathlon is singlehandedly aging me with their absurd lack of information regarding the whereabouts and delivery times of my order. Their customer service hotline is a joke, completely devoid of any system or willingness to assist. They don't even bother teaching customers how to navigate their website. It's absolutely infuriating! I demand an immediate and swift delivery of the products I already paid for upfront. You can claim delays due to high demand, but guess what? I have a busy life too. Therefore, I expect my orders to be fulfilled without any further delays. Time is of the essence. Thank you.
