Decathlon is singlehandedly aging me with their absurd lack of information regarding the whereabouts and delivery times of my order. Their customer service hotline is a joke, completely devoid of any system or willingness to assist. They don't even bother teaching customers how to navigate their website. It's absolutely infuriating! I demand an immediate and swift delivery of the products I already paid for upfront. You can claim delays due to high demand, but guess what? I have a busy life too.
