WhatsApp Customer Support Ignores My Requests to Remove Account Block

I use WhatsApp on an Infinix Smart 10 HD Android phone with the number starting with the country code +234. On 22 February 2026, I suddenly found that my WhatsApp number was blocked and I could no longer log in. The app tells me to contact customer service, but despite repeatedly reaching out, I only receive automated and unhelpful replies and still cannot access my account. I have already tried the basic steps, such as following the instructions in the app and contacting support as requested, and at one point, I was told to wait a few minutes, but nothing has changed, and my number remains blocked without any explanation. I have not received any email or in‑app notification that clearly explains the reason for this block. I kindly request that my account and phone number be urgently reviewed and that the block be removed as soon as possible, or at least that I receive a clear explanation of the reason for this restriction. I need to access my WhatsApp account immediately, and I expect this issue to be resolved without further delay.
