Decathlon Refused to Honor Warranty on My Kalenji Shoes After Less Than a Year

I bought a pair of Kalenji shoes from Decathlon’s website, counting on the 2-year warranty that they advertised. But honestly, my experience hasn't been great at all. I sent the shoes back because they were worn out in less than a year, and I was still covered by the warranty. I waited around 12-13 days and finally got an apology, but then just 48 hours later, I was told the product was considered worn out and wouldn’t be accepted. The shoes were sent back to me without any explanation or solution. I really thought Decathlon would honor their warranty, but this situation has made me feel disappointed. I can't suggest Kalenji products or Decathlon to anyone anymore because of their poor accountability and support.
Progress
Is the Decathlon warranty valid for shoes that have never been worn? Unfortunately, I made a mistake and shopped on the Decathlon site, and I regret it. I submitted a complaint, but unfortunately, they kept me waiting for 20 days and then told me via email, as if mocking, that the product is not covered under warranty evaluation. You say the shoes are worn out, so what should I do, carry the shoes in my hand? This is against the law. I have filed a lawsuit, and it will reach you as soon as possible. I want my rightful warranty and refund. If you have any sense of humanity and know the law of trade, you will refund my money.

If the employees had done their jobs efficiently, they would have known that the front left corner was opening for no reason. However, after making me wait for 15 days, you tell me it's worn out, as if trying to fool a child. Shopping at Decathlon leads to regret, don't do it!

I want the warranty I am entitled to and I demand a refund.
