Consumers are being harmed in Turkey, and consumer organizations are meaningless! I am submitting this complaint on behalf of all consumers in order to raise awareness. I've been harmed twice in the last few months, and this should be investigated immediately. First, I purchased a steam engine from the ebebek website; one day after receiving it, I noticed that the site had discounted the product and complained; neither the ebebek authorities, nor the consumer association, nor an official responded. I made a purchase from the Decathlon website three days ago. It was an expensive purchase. They were items I had been wanting to purchase for quite some time. But when I checked the site today, I saw that the price of the two sunglasses I purchased had been reduced from 200 TL to a total of 400 TL, my products were on their way, and they were discounted before I even received the delivery... How can they look at people's purchases and do this? I simply cannot accept... I'm awaiting clarification.
