Double Charge On My Amazon Prime Membership

I am writing regarding a double-billing issue with my Amazon Prime subscription. On the 22nd, a charge for Amazon Prime was taken from my own card, and today the same amount was charged again, this time from my mother’s card. In total, 30.28 has been taken for what appears to be the same Prime membership, which is under the name and email Roberto Vega, 782****@gmail.com. I tried to resolve this through Amazon’s customer service, but I keep receiving generic messages that direct me to look up information that is not relevant to my specific problem, and I have not been given any clear solution or refunded for the duplicate charge. I respectfully request that the amount charged from my mother’s card be fully refunded as soon as possible, and that my account be checked to ensure that there is only one active Amazon Prime subscription associated with it.
