I Want Garena to Reverse Unauthorized Changes to My Account

I am writing regarding a serious problem with my Garena Free Fire account. My Free Fire UID is 6800280454, and the account is approximately level 70. I play on an Android device. On 24/05/2026, I realized that my Free Fire account had been hacked and the email linked to it had been changed without my permission. Since the email was changed, I can no longer access or secure my original account. I have already contacted Garena Free Fire Support about this situation, but my problem has not yet been resolved, and I still do not have control of the account. I kindly request that my original account with UID 6800280454 be recovered and that access be restored to me as the rightful owner. I also request that any unauthorized changes made after the hack, especially the email change, be reversed so that I can safely use my account again.
