Deborah Mascara Was Dried Out and Didn’t Apply

A few days ago (April 25, 2025), I purchased a Deborah mascara and experienced a serious problem. When applied, it doesn’t even look like mascara was used at all, and there was no moisture or wetness to the product.

I requested an exchange, but it was denied. They are selling expired or dried-out products, and they refused the exchange by claiming that the product had been opened. Because of this experience, I will not shop there again. Watsons is completely over for me.
