Deborah Matte Lipstick Caused Painful Lip Reaction

I am writing to complain about a serious issue I experienced with one of Deborah’s long-lasting matte lipsticks. This Deborah product caused peeling on my lips and a painful, inflamed, blister-like sore filled with fluid. My lips feel completely damaged and almost unrecognizable.

I purchased the product for $5. This is a company that does not stand behind its own product and is playing with people’s health. Even though I reported my complaint, I was told that they cannot initiate a return or exchange because the packaging was opened.

Excuse me, but how was I supposed to know about the side effects without actually using the product? Asking me to obtain a doctor’s report and implying that I am making a false claim is unacceptable. If you cannot stand behind a product that has caused physical harm to my lips, please know that neither I nor the people around me will ever shop from your brand again. Good day.
