I bought my beloved David Walker E44 perfume from the store two days ago because I had run out. When I got home, I noticed that the bottle had changed, which I thought was normal; perhaps they had made some changes. Later, when I sprayed the perfume, I realized that the scent seemed different, and I thought maybe there was a problem with me. However, a few hours later, I noticed that the scent had completely disappeared and there was no longevity. Whatever was done or changed, I'm not satisfied with this situation because I loved this perfume. Also, in response to complaints from other customers, you mentioned that there should be errors in all products on the shelf. But if there weren't any errors, so many people wouldn't have contacted you. I think you shouldn't ignore this situation.
Hello, The product you purchased is produced in hundreds of thousands on a production line with a specific batch number. It is then distributed to all physical stores across Turkey and abroad. If there is a problem with a product, it would mean that all products produced with that batch number would have the same problem. We have never encountered such a situation since the establishment of our company. Additionally, the fragrances you purchased are patented and registered; no changes have been made to the fragrances, nor will any changes be made.
