I’ve been a loyal David Walker perfume user for years, but I will never purchase it again. The fragrance's longevity has drastically declined. Previously, the scent from the classic black bottle would last for at least a day, but now it barely lasts an hour. This is an unacceptable decline in quality.
When I reached out to customer service, I was met with generic, copy-pasted responses claiming, "We never compromise on quality." However, the countless complaints from other customers clearly show otherwise. It's insulting to dismiss our experiences. If this trend continues, David Walker will lose even more customers. I urge the company to address this issue and restore the original quality that loyal users deserve.
