David Walker Refused Same-Day Exchange on Gifted Perfume Despite Unopened Packaging
I received a David Walker perfume as a gift and wanted to exchange it because I didn’t like the scent. I went to the store the same day, but they refused to process the exchange, claiming that since the packaging was opened, they couldn’t accept it. How am I supposed to know if I like the scent without trying it? It’s completely unreasonable to expect someone to keep a fragrance without testing it first. Despite my timely visit, they still wouldn’t help. I’m very frustrated with their rigid exchange policy and expect them to offer a solution for situations like this.
