Dolce & Gabbana Perfume Lacks Longevity – Denied Inspection Request

I recently purchased a Dolce & Gabbana perfume and was dissatisfied with its lack of scent longevity and projection. I requested that the product be sent in for inspection, but the inspection was handled by Arcon Cosmetics, and my request was denied. Their explanation was that they couldn’t inspect the product because the packaging had been opened. How can I determine if a perfume is long-lasting without opening and using it? I’m deeply disappointed that a prestigious brand like Dolce & Gabbana would partner with a company that shows so little concern for customer satisfaction. I plan to begin the legal process by filing a complaint with the Consumer Rights Board.
