Dating.com Charges Without Permission

I used to be a member of Dating.com and used it for a period of time. Unfortunately, I didn't renew my membership because of work commitments. Moreover, I hadn't utilized it in quite a while. However, on April 9, 2023, they deducted ₺63.50 from my credit card without my permission, even though the automatic subscription renewal option was turned off. I request a prompt reimbursement of my funds. I've reached out via email, but I'm still waiting for a response. Furthermore, as I will no longer be utilizing their services, I request the deletion of all my personal information from their databases.
