Dating.com Unauthorized Charges Complaint

Over the last two months, I've observed unauthorized charges of ₺267.28 on my credit card from Dating.com. On July 19, 2023, I came across a second deduction, despite not being a member. I'm clueless about how they got a hold of my credit card details. I did not make any purchases, but my account was still charged. I am requesting a prompt resolution to this matter and a refund of the ₺267.28 that was charged to me twice in June and July. Even after contacting customer service, I still haven't heard back. Today, I filed a criminal complaint and anticipate a prompt resolution of this matter.
