Dating.com Charged Without My Permission After Account Closure

Dating.com has charged ₺426 from my account without my permission, and I am demanding a refund immediately. Initially, I made a small transaction of ₺7, but an additional ₺40 was taken, which I did not authorize. To make matters worse, even though I closed my account, they still withdrew ₺426. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. If the refund is not processed right away, I will take all necessary legal steps to resolve this issue. I expect Dating.com to address this unauthorized charge and refund me the full amount promptly!
