Darphin Order Still Not Shipped After 8 Days, No Update Provided

I placed an order for a Darphin product on January 9, but as of today, January 17, the status still shows as “in warehouse.” I cannot understand why there is such a long delay—where exactly is this product coming from that it takes over a week without any progress?

I deeply regret choosing Darphin for this purchase. At this point, I don’t even know if they will ever ship my order, and I feel like my money has gone to waste. My excitement and eagerness to use the product have completely vanished due to this disappointing experience.

I request that my order be shipped immediately or that my payment be refunded without further delay. Customers should not be left waiting this long without proper updates or communication.
