Delayed Delivery and Missing Service for Daikin 18000 BTU Air Conditioner

I recently purchased a Daikin 18000 BTU air conditioner from Taksit Market. However, it has been 12 days since my purchase, and the product has yet to be seen, let alone installed. Furthermore, there has been no communication from the service team regarding the status of my order. This experience has completely confused and annoyed me. Despite reaching out to Daikin for an update, they are unable to provide a specific date for the product's installation. This level of poor marketing and service from a well-known brand such as Daikin is truly disappointing. I can't believe I'm having to go through all of this just to get a simple air conditioner installed! I urgently demand a resolution to this situation and expect Daikin to address my complaints as soon as possible.
