Daikin Air Conditioner Repairs Take Longer Due to a Lack of Replacement Parts

My Daikin air conditioner, which was still under warranty, broke down on July 26th. Despite the fact that it was high season and I had a little child at home, I called the approved service for assistance. They came to our house right away to inspect the unit, making sure we were not inconvenienced. They discovered a problem with the main circuit board and ordered a replacement. However, it has been 15 days, and despite attempting to obtain the item from several services and dealers, they claim it is unavailable locally and must be obtained from outside. They suggested a September 13th arrival date, but they're working to speed up the process by verifying with several nearby services. While the authorized service is doing its best, it is perplexing that Daikin, a well-known manufacturer, does not keep extra parts on hand. I hope they quickly remedy this issue to restore trust in their brand.

Despite being informed that my issue would be resolved as soon as possible, we are still sitting at home in the August heat, burning up. I guess we should give more chances to companies that produce locally when choosing technological devices. The idea that buying the most expensive product would prevent problems was wrong. It is entirely a matter of luck whether your product will malfunction or not; at least in the case of a malfunction, you can even procure parts yourself for affordable local products. I congratulate the Daikin company for teaching me this lesson.
